This video trailer featured at the SXSW film festival shows a funny, but at the same time more realistic portrayal of what the fantastical and imaginative world of Mario would be like if he were just a plumber in the real world working with his brother Luigi, chowing down on mushrooms, traveling through tunnels, and taking a few “invincibility stars” to get through the rough spots in life. Directed by Joe Nicolosi, this is a way darker, indie flick look into the real life of Mario that is really cleverly done.
